I really like the hats, they fit well and I love the messaging. My only complaint is that it took almost 30 days to get here from the time of order. I placed an order on November 27th and did not receive the hat to my door until after December 20th. I had planned on wearing them to a trip to Mexico starting December 13th and was disappointed in how long they took to arrive. Before I order more hats from Our True God, I'd want a better understanding of shipping times and commitments to feel more confident about my purchases.
The OurtrueGod site is tricky - I bought the hat on sale for $32.00 but it seem like the purchase didn't go though - so I did it again and the 2nd purchase was $39.00 - so I asked for assistance and was told they were unable to cancel a partial order. I was told to cancel the whole order and I did - afterwhich, they sent me a link for the hat I was after - I followed the link & the prompts and purchased the hat and lo and behold I was charged $39.00. Can you believe it??? It will be my last purchase with OurtrueGod...It was such a hassle to this point - I got the hat (I love the message) but I will not purchase from this online site again... VERY DISAPPOINTING..
The hat, the physical product itself is top notch.
The customer service and delay in shipping leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered my hat and was left wondering if I got scammed as I got no communication letting me know that my order was going to be severely delayed. In a day where you can order product and have them delivered same day, this delay was very frustrating. Especially the lack of communication explaining.
