Cancellations & Returns

We are sorry about that, and we will make it right. Please do not return the item. Email support@ourtruegod.com with your order number, a photo and a short description of the problem, and we will send you a replacement.

You can request a return within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Email support@ourtruegod.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund, store credit or an exchange. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Email support@ourtruegod.com with the size or color you would like. The fastest option is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original under our return policy.

Once your return arrives, it can take up to 10 days to check it into our system. If you send us the return tracking number and a photo of the item in new condition, we can often process store credit or an exchange sooner. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected, minus original shipping and a $5 restocking fee per item. Your bank may take a few more days to post the refund.

No. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived wrong or damaged, you do not need to send it back.

Decals, clearance and sale items, gift cards and custom items cannot be returned.

We can cancel or change an order until it goes into processing, which usually happens within a few hours of ordering. Email support@ourtruegod.com as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under our return policy.

Wear it for 90 days. If nobody talks to you about your faith, email support@ourtruegod.com for a full refund and keep the item. The challenge applies to products whose pages show the offer.
