Would love to buy this hat…but the last time I ordered my hats they never came and OTG refused to rectify the issue by honoring the sale price. Jay and Ruzz at customer service played the run around game and Will the owner never called me back after several messages. Would not order from them ever again…Buyer beware!!!

It says it delivered and I never got anything delivered. I have checked my ring and it shows nothing. I checked with the mail route and nothing from USPS nor UPS……. No telling what happened. But I’m the customer and all I know is I paid due a cap that I never got.

The product is too small fora lot of people. It must have been from china judging by the DHL delivery method. I normally have the snaps set on the third largest hole for my 7 1/4 hat size. This hat has to be on the last hole and is too tight. Too bad it is unusable for me, I’ll probably just give it to my Chinese daughter because it was made for her size of head.

We really love the hat. My husband is 6’7” and has a big head. It fits tight on the biggest setting but we love the look and quality. I wish you had bigger sizes in your hats and t-shirts (XXLT). He still wears the hat even though it squeezes his head.
