The delivery was a bit delayed, due to the demands at Christmas time, but I was contacted about a delay. That communication made all the difference. The hat fits fine and all is well.
I was a bit skeptical of ordering at first. To be honest, there's no address or phone number listed, claims to be shipped form the US. Just threw a lot of red flags to me.
I reached out and received a fairly prompt reply. They were polite, understanding and friendly.
I threw caution to the wind and ordered a couple of hats, and I'm glad I did! They are quality hats and well made. They also didn't arrive smelling like they were shipped in a crate of dead fish, which if you ordered hats online, you've probably experienced.
I also have what my wife refers to as an "extraordinarily large melon". The hats fit comfortably on the 2nd to last tab.
