Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most US orders arrive in 5–6 days from order. We email your tracking number as soon as it ships. Busy seasons and holidays can add a few days, and once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside our control.
When will I get my tracking number?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually within a few days of ordering. You can check your order anytime on our Track My Order page.
Can you expedite my order?
Not at this time. Orders are prepared in the order they are received.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically arrive in 2–3 weeks. See our International Orders page for details on tracking, customs and delivery times.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email support@ourtruegod.com with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will make it right. You can also read our FAQ for answers about lost packages, returns and exchanges.
