Christmas questions
Will it arrive by Christmas?
US orders placed by December 15 arrive by Christmas. If yours does not, we refund your shipping and send you a free hat.
Do I need to enter a code?
No. Once your free hoodie is in your cart and the rest of your order reaches $80, code 1FREEHOODIE goes on at checkout for you. If you ever do not see it, type 1FREEHOODIE in the discount box.
What counts toward the $80?
Everything else in your cart: hoodies, hats and tees. The free hoodie and free decal do not count. Any one hoodie or any two hats gets you there.
What if my gift is the wrong size?
No problem. Unworn items can be returned within 90 days, so your gift is covered well past Christmas.
When do I get my bonuses?
Your decal ships with your order. Your guide and gift reveal card arrive by email right after you order. The 12 Days of Christmas Scripture starts December 13, and your $20 January credit code arrives January 1.
How does the $20 January credit work?
It is reserved for you when you order. On January 1 we email you a $20 code, good on any order of $60 or more at OurTrueGod.com through January 31.
What is the Christmas Prayer List?
After you order, we will ask for the first name of the person you are gifting to. Our team prays for every name on the list this Christmas.
Can I use pack savings too?
No. It is one offer per order, and a free $79.99 hoodie plus every Christmas bonus is the bigger deal.
How many free hoodies can I get?
One free hoodie per order, while supplies last.
