My Order Was Wrong Or Defective

Please DO NOT return the item.
Submit a ticket along with a photo and description of the problem of the product.
How do I Return an Order?
If you are not satisfied with the order and you would like to return, you have these options:
a. If you received wrong or damaged items, please send us a photo and a description of the issue and wait for a response from our customer service team.
b. If you are not satisfied with the order and you would like to return, you can return for store credit of the full amount including shipping and an additional 10% as our gift to you. Store credits never expire, and they make great gifts!
c. If you need to exchange for a different color or size, please return the item, respond to this email with your preferred size or color, and once we receive it back, we will process the exchange.
It may take up to 10 days after we receive the return to check it into our system. However, we can process an exchange or store credit immediately if you send a picture of the item in new condition and the return tracking number.
If you choose a refund, you will need to wait until the item is inspected and checked in to our system.
*Please provide us a photo of the item in new condition being returned as well as the tracking number so we may be able to process a refund or credit immediately.

Returned products must be in brand new condition. If it is in less than new condition, we will process a store credit for the amount it is worth.
Also, be sure to print and fill out the Returns Form. Below is a link you can download the form from and ship it along with the returned item/s.
What Happens After I Return an Order?
If you send a return tracking number, we can process your exchange or store credit as soon as we see movement on the tracking number.
Otherwise you will need to wait until the return is received at our warehouse and checked into our system. If you requested a refund, you will have to wait, even if you send return tracking. It may take up to 5 days after receiving it to check it in.
After it is checked in, we will process your refund, minus shipping fees and a $5 restocking fee per item. You'll receive an immediate refund confirmation email, but it may take several days for your refund to show up in your account, depending on your payment method and your bank's processing time.
Do You Provide Return Shipping Labels?
In short, no, we do not.
Everything we sell is printed on demand especially for our customers when they order. Many stores in this print on demand business do not accept returns at all. We do allow returns as a service to our customers, but we do not provide return labels.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order is less than 12 hours old, please submit a ticket and we'll take care of that for you.
If your order is more than 12 hours old we cannot cancel it. This is because everything we sell is printed on demand especially for you at the time that you order. Your order is in production, along with thousands of other items, and we cannot pull individual items out of the production line which then goes immediately to shipping.
Even if I email you and tell you how angry I am?
Correct, we still can't cancel your order. This information was provided on our site in our returns policy prior to your purchase.
We want you to receive it and love it! But if you still really don't want it, it will be treated as a return.
